I ORDERED MY GOODIES, NOW WHAT?

You will receive digital proofs to the email address listed at time of payment. Once approval of the proofs is received, your goodies will be assembled and shipped to you. You will receive a shipping notification email to your Paypal email address.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our turnaround time greatly depends on the type of goodies you are ordering and our scheduled obligations.

For designs and goodies already in the shop: You will receive digital proofs 3-5 business days from the date of payment. Your goodies will be shipped within 5-8 business days from the date of proof approval.

For custom designs: Once you submit your Event info Form we will contact you within 1-2 business days for additional consultation about your wishes. At this time, you will be invoiced for your order and within 3-10 business days you will receive initial digital proofs for your goodies. Before any additional work is done, payment will be required in full. You will receive the final proofs in your inbox within 5-10 business days and your items will be shipped 5-8 business days from the date of approval.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our goodies ship via USPS, in the US for $4.99 and internationally for $8.99 flat rate.
If you are in continental US you will receive your goddies within 5 business days.
Please allow more time for shipping internationally, 2- 3 weeks minimum, and for holiday shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order at any time prior to receiving digital proofs and you will receive a full refund. As our products are personalized once you receive the proofs you can still cancel your order but will only be refunded half of the product price. Cancellations are not possible once your goodies have been printed.

DO I REALLY NEED TO APROVE THE DESIGN PROOFS?

Yes! Sugarsticks Parties strives to come up with highly personalized goodies that will be treasured and remember for a long time to come. In an effort to meet your wishes, no goodies will be printed or assembled until you approve the design.

For this reason, proof approval is mandatory on all printed orders. Sugarsticks Parties will email you digital proofs for all personalized items. You will have 2 business days to submit changes or send your approval. All proof approvals must be submitted via email to be valid.Your goodies will not be printed or assemble until a valid proof approval is received.

We encourage you to provide us with as much detail regarding your order at the time of purchase. Two digital proofs of your order are included in your purchase price. Significant changes to design and proof requirements will require an additional fee of $15.00.

WHAT IF I FIND AN ERROR?

All goodies are printed and assembled once proof approval is received. While we do our best to ensure high quality of our products, errors are possible. If you find an error in your goodies that was not in the proof, please contact me as soon as possible and your goodies will be replaced at no charge to you.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I EXCHANGE MY GOODIES?

Since all of our goodies are personalized to meet your personal needs and wishes it is not possible to exchange your goodies once the order has been completed.

I LIKE YOUR WORK BUT I DON'T SEE THE DESIGN I WANT. DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGN WORK?

We love custom design work! All custom orders start at $30.00 custom design starter fee. Fill out the Event Info Form and we will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days for additional consultation about your wishes.

At this time, you will be invoiced for your order and within 3- 10 business days you will receive initial digital proofs for your goodies. Before any additional works is done, payment will be required in full. You will receive the final proofs in your inbox within 5-10 business days and your items will be shipped 5-8 business days from the date of approval.

PRICING

All prices are in US dollars. The prices displayed on the web page do not include the State of Florida sales tax (6%) or the State of Florida County Discretionary Sales Surtax (0- 1.5%). For all Florida mailing addresses sales tax will be calculated at the time of purchase. There is no sales tax charge on purchases of digital DIY printable files.

For products and/ or services that are not listed on the web page a quote will be provided to you via email, upon consultation.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All goodies ship for $4.99 flat rate shipping in the US, and $8.99 flat rate shipping internationally.

Your goodies will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with tracking information where applicable. You will receive shipping notification via Paypal once your goodies ship. Express Mail Overnight shipping is available at additional cost, per request.

HOW "GREEN" ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

The paper used by Sugarsticks Parties comes from paper mills powered 100% by wind power and our envelopes contain a minimum of 30% PCW. The packaging boxes and ribbon are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. Please contact ivona@sugarsticksparties.com for more detailed info on specific products.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Sugarsticks Parties does not share your information with third parties. We reserve the right to use the images of our designs, as well as your testimonials for advertising purposes.

Sugarsticks Parties believes highly in integrity and protection of artist's work. All designs offered by Sugarsticks Parties shop are envisioned, created and hand- designed by Ivona herself, exclusively for Sugarsticks Parties. A small number of our designs uses images from other designers; if that is the case those images were either legally purchased for this type of use and distribution, or our extensive research has shown with overwhelming evidence that the images are completely free of copyright. Once an image appears in any of our designs, we retain its copyright as it appears in our design and reserve all rights.
